In this workshop you will observe the Back Connection and the Two Way Stretch, and how these complementary set of actions will give your body, your Pilates practice and your sports endeavours a new strategy for developing powerful movement with ease.
Each participant will experience hands on guidance and what the Two Way Stretch feels like in their body, added to which learn how the Back Connection supports this new experience of length in the spine. Once embodied, we will look at how this applies to key exercises and movements throughout the whole Method.
