Each clients’ experience is unique, and they are your principal guide. Some clients participate right up until the last moments and some need to pause right away.
In this workshop you will be guided through how to maintain the sense of a Pilates workout, with a high degree of response flexibility as your client moves through their own personal experience.
Following universal guidelines, you can safely and effectively use the Pilates Method throughout pregnancy. Nasia will share first-hand experience, beautifully orchestrated tips, modifications, and variations in both the Mat and on the Apparatus. Emphasis will be made on why exercise throughout pregnancy is important, and how valuable using the Pilates Method is to support your client.
Nasia has a background in physiotherapy, and together you will look at the key anatomical and psychological changes for each trimester, and how to modify the exercises to create a safe environment for pregnant clients
This workshop is highly recommended to anyone who would like to feel safe and confident when working with clients at such a significant time in their life.

How a client feels during their pregnancy affects the child for the rest of their life. Your session can hold a moment in which the client is able to feel completely supported, comfortable, and vitalised. You are part of the ‘All O Mothering’ way in which tribal folk attend to a pregnancy, the whole community is responsible.
