INTRO TO MAT

The Full Matwork Training Programme is designed to take you through the full classical matwork order that Joseph Pilates created. Through a series of three modules you will learn to teach it with an organised flow and rhythm designed to give a full body workout. Begin here with The Intro to Mat.

Description

Learn how to safely and correctly introduce the classical mat repertoire to clients with no previous pilates experience, whilst retaining the important flow and rhythm. Discover how to deliver every exercise with our unique formula and develop the ability to teach – a skill in itself.

We will explore how to teach the Exercies's & also how to modify. We will look at simple anatomy & placement with essential muscular recruitment.

Our classically trained and experienced teacher trainers will take you through a progressive and systematic training starting  with Intro to Mat. Complete each level of the programme at your own pace. It is not essential you complete the assessment before moving into the next weekend.
