Nothing beats hands on cueing for success. Tune into the fine art of reciprocity.
You will learn the principles of hands on, then take the practice.
You will learn to inspire your clients to move more consciously, as you intuitively guide. This approach to hands on brings you closer to your clients so you can work on a more connected level.
Romana Kryzanowska was small in structure (mighty in her gifts), she used her whole body when teaching. On observing archival footage Mr Pilates he was hands on too! noticeable his athleticism whilst he was teaching. Clearly, he didn't teach from the sidelines, he was himself fit and strong to the last; his embodiment passed directly into his clients.
As a teacher we must be able to use our hands and body to move clients; to be nimble, strong and flexible to support and challenge them. If you are not practicing 'The Work' it will be clear and evident in your teaching and the success of your clients.
You will earn how to move around effectively, how to place your hands and body for best outcomes.
Touch should always be an invitation for your clients to respond, not manipulation to get your clients in the correct position.
*The content of this workshop is never the same, no matter how many times you attend there will be learning.
